SHIPPING: Our products from Pamlyn may be shipped UPS in the United States only at this time. Please use street addresses only (no P.O. boxes) and allow 5 - 7 business days for most destinations. Please call for more information and shipping prices.

Please double check to make sure that the address information and phone numbers are correct. There will be a $15.00 charge added to all orders returned due to incorrect address.

NOTE: We deliver in the Columbia, South Carolina area for an additional $6.00.

SALES TAX: 6% sales tax will be added to all orders for the state of South Carolina. Tax applies only to item(s) purchased and not to shipping charges.

RETURNS: Please contact us if your package is delivered damaged or has incorrect items. No returns will be accepted without authorization within 48 hours of receipt of your product.

OFFLINE ORDERS: If you order offline, you can pay by credit card, money order, or personal check. If you pay by check, please allow sufficient time for the check to clear.
